2024 World Series of Poker

Today sees the start of Event #71: $1,000 Ladies No-Limit Hold'em Championship here at Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas.
This four-day event gets underway at 12 p.m. local time, with late registration open for eight levels, each spanning an hour. There will be 20-minute breaks every two levels, with a 60-minute dinner break at the end of Level 6 (~6:40 p.m.)
The starting stack is 20,000 chips, with the plan for Day 1 to play ten 60-minute levels. For the surviving players, Day 2 resumes at 12 p.m. local time Saturday and plays another ten levels. Day 3 begins at 12 p.m. local time Sunday, playing down to five ladies. Those five potential bracelet winners will return to their seats at a yet-to-be-determined time on Day 4, Monday.
Tamar Abraham is the reigning champion, having outlasted 1,294 opponents to capture her first bracelet and a career-best $192,167 prize.
