Aquilera Makes a Straight

Alec Torelli opened to 300,000 on the button and was called by Jose Aguilera in the big blind.

Action checked through the 735 flop to the 9 turn at which point Aguilera led out for 375,000. Torelli thought for a moment before making the call.

Aguilera continued firing after the 6 river completed the board by betting out 550,000. "Very nice bet," Torelli remarked as he pondered a call. He did end up tossing in the call but was shown the bad news after Aguilera turned over 65 for the rivered straight.

Up and Down for Bonacci

Frank Bonacci raised to 375,000 in middle position and Sachin Joshi three-bet to 925,000 on the button. Bonacci responded with a four-bet to 2,750,000 and Joshi quickly folded.

On the next hand, Bonacci raised to 375,000 again and Daniel Weinman called from the big blind. The flop came JJ4 and both players checked to the 8 on the turn.

Weinman led out with a bet of 500,000 and Bonacci stuck around for the 7 on the river. Weinman counted out a bet of 1,500,000 on the river and Bonacci was forced to dump his cards to the muck.

The QJ9 flop was checked and Walton bet the 5 turn for 2,700,000, forcing two folds.

"Let's fuckin go, Adam," his rail chanted.

Big Slick Good For Kimmel

In a three-way pot on a flop of 728, action checked to Christopher Kimmel and he bet 400,000. Ruslan Prydryk called and Clement Richez folded.

Prydryk checked on the A turn and Kimmel checked back. Prydryk checked once more on the 3 river and Kimmel bet 825,000. Prydryk thought for about a minute and called.

Kimmel tabled AK for a pair of aces and it was good to win the pot.

Betito Picks Off Ruban

In a blind versus blind battle, Ivan Ruban bet 525,000 on a board of Q47J and Liran Betito called.

The river came the 9 and Ruban again led out, this time for 1,800,000. Betito immediately started shaking his head while he gave the decision some thought, but he eventually decided to call.

Ruban showed 85, having missed both straight and flush draws, and Betito slammed down Q9 for two pair to take the big pot.

Van Loo Puts Pressure On Hoover

Logan Hoover opened to 300,000 from the cutoff and only Tim Van Loo made the call on the button.

The flop came 973 and Hoover continued for 250,000, which Van Loo called. On the Q turn Hoover sized up to 850,000 and Van Loo took some time before sliding out a raise to 2,300,000. Hoover contemplated for close to a minute, but eventually flicked his cards into the muck and the pot was shipped to Van Loo.

Ohulchanskyi Risks it All

Yaroslav Ohulchanskyi opened to 300,000 in the small blind only to see Ryan Tamanini three-bet to 1,275,000 in the big blind. Ohulchanskyi responded by moving all in for 5,100,000 which sent Tamanini into the tank. After a a minute or two, he did give it up to send a healthy preflop pot over to Ohulchanskyi.

Pham Gets Boghean Off a Higher Straight

Livello 29 : Blinds 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante

Cong Pham raised to 325,000 from early position with 108 and Andrei Boghean called in the cutoff holding K10.

The QJ3 flop gave both players a straight draw and Boghean called a bet of 350,000 from Pham. The 9 fell on the turn, completing each players' straight but giving Boghean a higher straight.

Pham checked over to Boghean who bet 575,000. Pham then came back with a raise to 3,725,000, enough to put Boghean all in, and Boghean tanked for a few minutes before laying down his hand.
