In case you missed it earlier today on Day 2d, Phil Hellmuth will not be the winner of the 2023 Word Series of Poker Main Event as the all-time leading bracelet winner was eliminated.

The player to send 'The Poker Brat' to the rail was Nicholas "Dirty Diaper" Rigby, who rose to fame in the poker community in the 2021 Main Event after getting into the mix several times with 3x2x.

Hellmuth, who won the Main Event in 1989, has failed to make the money in poker's crown jewel tournament for the last eight years. His last Main Event cash came in 2015, where he finished in 417th for $21,786.

Reiner Busts One on the River

Livello 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Moritz Reiner bet 10,000 from the cutoff on a flop of Q104 before a player in the big blind shoved all in for 29,500. Ryan Tamanini called from under the gun, then Reiner reshoved. Tamanini asked for a count, but he eventually got out of the way.

All-In Player: QJ
Moritz Reiner: J9

The at-risk player had top pair, but Reiner had both straight and flush draws. The 6 turn didn't help him, but the 8 river gave him a straight and sent his opponent to the rail.

"I'm just going to gamble on the last hand," Reiner said as he collected the pot.

Himmelbrand Bluffs Kassouf

Livello 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Greg Himmelbrand opened to 4,500 in early position and Will Kassouf put in a three-bet to 11,000 from middle position. The rest of the table got out of the way and Himmelbrand called.

The flop came AKJ and both players checked to the 3 turn. Himmelbrand elected to lead out for 13,000 and Kassouf went into the tank.

"You got lucky and three-outered me, right? You must have, like, ace-jack and hit both cards you need," said Kassouf as he laid down 1010.

Himmelbrand rolled over the 10 to keep Kassouf guessing, but just as the dealer almost had the second card in the muck, Himmelbrand grabbed it and turned up the 8 to show he bluffed Kassouf with ten-high.
