Zyrin Loses Some

Livello 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Picking up the action on the flop, Anatolii Zyrin on the button was involved in a hand with a player in late position. With the board reading 876, the late position player checked and then called after Zyrin fired off 8,000.

Both players checked through the 9 turn to the 2 river at which point the late position player pushed 9,000 into the middle. That sent Zyrin into the tank as he contemplated his options. He emerged having decided on a call but mucked once his opponent turned over A5 for the straight.
