Niceta Flops Top Set and Gets Paid

Livello 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Lily Kiletto opened to 1,200 from early positon and Michael Niceta called next to act, followed by the small blind the big blind.

The dealer spread a flop of J84 and the binds checked before Kiletto continued with a bet of 2,200. All three players made the call.

The 7 fell on the turn and the blinds checked, as did Kiletto before Niceta fired a bet of 5,500. This time only the big blind check-called.

When the Q hit the river, the big blind checked and Niceta kept his foot on the gas with a bet of 12,000. His opponent tanked for about 20 seconds and tossed in the call to see the bad news as Niceta tabled JJ for top set on the flop.

Carr Keeps Driving Forward

Livello 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Michael Carr, who busted Gene Calden during the last level, just took down another pot with a big bet on the river.

Carr was in the hijack and heads-up against an opponent under the gun on a board of 3JQ8. The under-the-gun player bet 2,700 and Carr came back with a raise to 5,900.

His opponent called to the 7 river, where Carr fired out 17,500. The under-the-gun player tanked for about a minute before folding his hand as Carr showed 109 for the straight.

"I had a really strong hand," his opponent told him.

Livello 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Sachin Bhargava and Tony Vo were seen putting 3,000 in each to see the 963 flop.

On the turn 3 Normand fired again for 3,600 and Bittger thought about it for more than twenty seconds before deciding to let it go.

Ren Lin

The action folded around to the small blind for the third hand in a row but this time Ren Lin made it 1,400 to go. Patrick Liang called from the big blind and the dealer fanned the flop of 998.

Lin continued with a bet of 1,000 on the flop but Liang whiffed and dumped his cards to the muck.

"No coolers on this table," Lin said as he flipped over A9. "Drawing dead."
