And that's only part of the craziness that transpired.

Later in the day, patrons inside the Rio, which hosted the WSOP at the time, experienced an earthquake that sent shockwaves through the famous Amazon Room. Kevin Martin captured a video of the aftermath.

Livello 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Darren Elias opened to 1,000 from under the gun but was then immediately three-bet to 2,100 from Robert Russ in middle position.

The action folded back to Elias who made the call to see the flop of 5QJ.

Elias checked to the aggressor who kept on aggressing with a bet of 3,000 which Elias called and they went to the turn 9.

Elias checked once more to Russ who then announced a bet of 8,500 and Elias hastily tossed his cards into the muck and began preparing for the next hand.

Mitchell Takes Chips From Lenter

Livello 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Brandon Mitchell opened to 800 from middle position, and was called by Scott Lenter in the cutoff and by the small blind.

The flop was 10K8, and Mitchell bet 2,000. Lenter called, but the small blind folded at that point.

On the turn Q, Mitchell checked and let Lenter bet 4,000. But Mitchell didn't give up and called.

When the river J came, Mitchell took over the lead and sized it up to 17,000. But it was too much for Lenter, who folded.
