Hellmuth Jams Turn

Livello 24 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Phil Hellmuth limped from the cutoff and then called after Jamie O'Connor raised to 200,000 out of the big blind.

O'Connor continued for 100,000 on the A3A flop only to see Hellmuth raise to 400,000. After a moment's thought, O'Connor made the call.

The 2 hit the felt on the turn, prompting O'Connor to check. Hellmuth immediately announced all in and O'Connor wasted no time in letting his hand go to send the pot to his opponent and send his own stack sliding further down the leaderboard.

Reard Takes a Chunk From O'Connor

Livello 24 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Jamie O'Connor opened to 100,000 on the button and was called by Alexandre Reard in the small blind.

Reard checked following the Q47 flop and then raised to 200,000 after O'Connor continued for 75,000. The Brit made the call to see a turn.

The turn came J prompting Reard to fire another barrel, this time sizing up to 475,000. Again, O'Connor just called.

There was no slowing down for Reard once the Q river completed the board as he pushed a hefty 815,000 into the pot. O'Connnor snapped it off holding 109 for the flush but it was no good as Reard held QJ for the full house to scoop a massive pot and leave his opponent visibly frustrated.
