After action folded to the blinds, fireworks ensured.
The player in the small blind raised, and then Daniele Nestola moved all in. The player in the big blind barely had Nestola covered, and he took a few moments before deciding to call.
As player tabled their hands, Nestola was ahead.
Nestola: A♥3♥
Opponent: K♦10♦
The dealer then placed 5♠4♦2♠ on the flop, giving Nestola the wheel and a virtual lock on the hand. The turn provided his opponent some hope when A♠ appeared on the board, opening the door for a potential split if any three hit the river.
But 10♥ on the river gave Nestola the win, which left his opponent with 7,000.

All of the chips went in the middle before the flop and it was Samuel Simister putting his opponent at risk for about 77,000 and both hands were tabled.

Eric Wu raised to 16,000 in the cutoff and Benjamin 'Pyzza' Teston called in the small blind, as did the big blind.
"This many," Said Teston as he splashed 30,000 in the middle before the dealer fanned a flop of J♦10♥7♠. The big blind folded and Wu took a bit of time before calling.
The 6♦ hit the turn and there was a 10-second pause before Teston asked, "Did you check?"
The dealer informed him it was his turn and he said, "Oh, I'm all-in then."
Wu went deep into the tank and Teston kept talking, "I can't wait to show this one. I have a really good hand," as he pulled out his phone to record the hand.
Wu claimed he thought he had 15 outs and eventually called off his remaining 107,000 in chips.
Eric Wu: K♣Q♥
Benjamin 'Pyzza' Teston: A♦A♥
Wu had less outs than he expected, drawing to an open-ended straight only. The 9♥ river was one of the cards he was looking for as he cracked the aces of Teston and doubled up with his straight.
Teston then proceeded to do push-ups behind the table.

A total of 912 players remaining out of 6,076 entrants on Day 1 received good news.
“Congratulations,” the tournament director announced over the public address system. “You are in the money.”
Some of the notable players still alive include 16-time WSOP bracelet winner Phil Helmuth, whose chase for a 17th bracelet remains intact, five-time WSOP bracelet winner Allen Cunningham and Dylan Wilkerson, among others.
The room of players erupted in cheers and applause, and then action continued in Level 18.
The tournament moved closer to bursting the bubble as play remains hand-for-hand.
Don Mullis called an all-in from a short-stacked player.
Mullis: K♥K♦
