Martin Finger
Martin Finger

Martin Finger put in his last 355,000 from the cutoff and was called by Peter Bloch, who was in the small blind. The big blind folded and the cards were turned over.

Martin Finger: QJAll in
Peter Bloch: AA

Finger was in rough shape but picked up an open ender after the K106 flop. Two of those outs were removed after the 8 turn as Bloch had a flush draw. The 9 river completed Finger's straight and Bloch smacked the table rail before giving his opponent a thumbs up along with a portion of his stack.

Two Pair Takes it For Vela

Livello 22 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Shundan Xiao opened to 60,000 from the hijack and was called by Janelle Jacobson in the cutoff and Pol Vela in the big blind for a three-way pot.

Action checked through on the K107 flop and then Vela led out for 75,000 on the J turn. Xiao raised to 160,000, which got a quick folded from Jacobson and a call from Vela.

Both players checked on the 4 river and Vela turned over 107 for a flopped two pair. Xiao couldn't beat it and mucked — conceding the pot to Vela.
