Anderson Puts Wong In The Blender

Livello 24 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Farid Jattin raised to 125,000 on the button and in the small blind, Danny Wong called. Calvin Anderson in the big blind raised to 500,000 and only Wong called.

The flop rolled out Q♦J♣2♣ and Wong checked over to Anderson who moved all in for 730,000.

Wong contemplated his decision for a while before tossing his hand into the muck and Anderson took down the pot.

Fauver Quarters Weisman

Dylan Weisman limped from the cutoff as did John Fauver on the button. Alfred Atamian called in the small blind while Farid Jattin checked his option out of the big blind to send the four players to the flop.

Action checked to Weisman on the 5♣6♦J♠ flop and he bet 150,000. Fauver called and Atamian and Jattin got out of the way.

Both players checked through the 7♥ turn to the K♠ river at which point Weisman checked once more. Fauver bet 600,000 and Weisman snapped off holding A♠Q♣J♦10♣2♠. He ended up being quartered, however, by Fauver's A♥J♣7♦5♥2♣ to lose a few chips to his opponent.

Farid Jattin raised to 120,000 from first position and Calvin Anderson called in the small blind while David Benyamine called in the big blind.

The flop rolled out 9♦Q♥8♥ and Anderson checked over to Benyamine who moved all in for 425,000 which only Jattin called.

Benyamine sighed when he saw he was getting freerolled and the runout of 6♥6♦ gave Jattin a flush to make the best hand against Benyamine's straight and the WSOP bracelet winner was eliminated from the tournament.

The final 8 players will be redrawing for the final table, stay tuned for the seat draw and chip counts.

George Parublev Eliminated in 10th Place ($38,269)

George Parublev opened to 210,000 from under the gun and was called by John Fauver in the small blind. Dylan Weisman then three-bet to 840,000 out of the big blind with Parublev quickly moving all in for not too much more. That sent Fauver deep into the tank as he repeatedly muttered that he had the potential to scoop the three-way all in holding AxKxKx10x3x with nut clubs. Eventually, however, he decided to find a better spot and mucked his holding. Weisman instantly called once the action was on him to put Parublev at risk.

The flop came 9♣K♥5♣, prompting Fauver to leap out of his seat in frustration as he would have had top set. The turn and river came 10♦J♠ to give Weisman the straight while Parublev was left heading to the payout desk in 10th place.

Jattin Loses Another One

Farid Jattin raised to 125,000 from the cutoff and was called by Nitesh Rawtani on the button. The 9♣J♠5♣ flop was checked through before Jattin fired 130,000 on the Q♠ turn.

The 7♥ river was checked by both players again. Jattin showed J♥6♣5♥3♠2♣ for two pair, but Rawtani had the higher two pair with A♠A♣K♦Q♥J♣ and raked in the pot.

Parublev led out for 85,000 on the 2♠5♠4♠ flop. Wong made the call.

Both players checked through the 6♦ turn to the 8♦ river at which point Parublev fired off 225,000. Wong quickly called, tabling A♣K♠6♥5♦3♣ for the straight to scoop the pot.
