Small Pot for Therme

Livello 25 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Timothy Lee was spotted on his way to the payout desk to become the first casualty of the level.

Moments later, Jonathan Therme raised from under the gun one table over and earned a call by Masato Yokosawa in the big blind. The 882 flop was checked by Yokosawa and he called a first barrel for 80,000.

Both headed to the 6 turn on which Yokosawa checked again. Therme bet 300,000 and that won the pot right there.

Vampan Gets Outrageous Bluff Through

Livello 24 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Toby Lewis opened to 100,000 from under the gun and was called by Daniel Vampan in the cutoff as well as Nicholas Rigby in the small blind and Ryan Brown in the big blind.

All four players checked through the 56Q flop to the 10 turn at which point Rigby led out for 325,000. That got a quick fold from Brown but Lewis made the call. Vampan then decided to raise to 750,000, forcing Rigby out of the hand with Lewis flatting.

Lewis checked after the 5 completed the board. Vampan thought for a few moments and then pulled the trigger by moving all in for 2,285,000, about a pot sized bet. That sent Lewis deep into the tank as he pondered his decision for well over five minutes. At long last, he relinquished his A10 holding but was shown the bad news after Vampan turned over 87 for the missed straight draw. "I'm a monster" Vampan shouted as he went to share a beer with his rail.

Van Loo Shows After Massive River Shove

Livello 24 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

An enormous pile of chips amounting to more than 2,000,000 was already in the middle as Tim Van Loo and Alexander Villa went to the river on a board of 7A10K3.

Van Loo, in the small blind, shoved all in for around 2,200,000 as Villa began tanking. "Show if I fold? We're going on break in 40 seconds anyway," Villa asked Van Loo, who remained silent.

Several minutes went by until Villa tapped the felt and slid his cards into the muck. "Show the bluff," a few tablemates said to Van Loo, who slowly took in the massive pot, then turned over 76 to a collective gasp from around the table.
