Day 1c is in full swing with action taking place in every room right now throughout the Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas casinos. An estimated 2,150 players have registered for the third flight thus far and they are heading on their first 20-minute break of the day. Here is a look at some of the highlights from the opening level:
The player under the gun raised to 500, a player in early position called, and the button, Keven Stammen, three-bet to 2,500. He was called by both players.
The flop came out 4♥A♦5♠ and both of the early position players checked to Stammen, who made a continuation bet of 4,000. The player under the gun folded reluctantly and the early position player called.
Both players checked the 5♦ turn.
The river brought more action with the 6♥. Stammen bet 10,000. The early position player thought for a minute and called. Stammen showed the A♣Q♣ for two pair and the early position player mucked.

The flop came Q♥4♥7♣. The small blind checked, Trujillo bet 2,100 and both opponents called.
Action checked around to Jordan on the K♦ turn who bet 6,000. Trujillo folded and the player in the small blind made the call.
Both remaining players checked the 2♥ river. The small blind showed A♠K♣ for top pair, top kicker while Jordan tabled a 7♠7♦ for a flopped set to take the pot.

After an open from the player under the gun to 600, Andras Nemeth raised it up to 2,000 in early position. Seated on his left, Jonathan Ricciardi called, as well as the initial raiser.
On the flop 8♥7♠10♥, all three players checked to see the turn 8♦, where Nemeth bet 2,200. Ricciardi called, but not the player under the gun.
The 2♦ came on the river and Nemeth bet another 6,600. This time his opponent folded and Nemeth took the pot.

On a four-way turn of 7♠5♣8♥3♣, there was around 9,000 in the pot when Richard Brown led out for 4,500.
This produced two folds and only one call from Kevin Foley to see the river 10♣.
Brown thought for a few seconds before he fired again for 8,000 and the action went over to Foley who tanked for a full minute before he decided to let it go.

In a pot that was four-bet and called preflop and on a flop of 4♥5♠7♥, Philip Wojtuniecki jammed for 44,400 into a pot of a little over 50,000.
His late position opponent wasted no time in calling to put Wojtuniecki at risk and headed to a runout.

Late Position: K♦K♠
Wojtuniecki would only need to fade one of the two remaining kings in the deck to chip up in a massive way and when the turn and river came the J♣ and 2♥, Wojtuniecki secured a big double early in Day 1c.
