Wing Rivers the Goods

Livello 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Action was picked up on the turn with the board reading 98QK and about 5,000 in the pot. Jeremy Wing checked from early position and was faced with a 3,000 bet from a player on the button. Wing made the call.

The river was the Q and action was checked by both players.

"Nut flush," Wing told his opponent, tabling A5. His opponent mucked his cards and Wing collected his chips.

Meraler’s Kings Takes Down Pot

Livello 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Umut Meraler was involved in a brewing pot with a lot of chips in play. And the hand came with a gaffe on the turn.

The board saw 82106 and Meraler’s opponent across the table bet 10,200, leaving 26,900 behind from the 50,000-starting stack.

Meraler responded by moving all in, and then tabled KK thinking his opponent called.

But there was a misstep on Meraler’s part because his opponent didn’t call.

Upon realizing the slip-up, Meraler immediately pulled his cards back and turned them over. His opponent then verbally declared a fold after seeing what Meraler showed.

The dealer pushed the pot to Meraler, who repeatedly apologized to the table for showing his cards. His opponent then said he would’ve called if not for seeing Meraler’s kings, and showed QQ before giving the cards to the dealer.
