Jake Schwartz and Xuedong Li got it all in preflop vs a short-stacked button.
Xuedong Li: K♠6♠K♥5♥
Jake Schwartz: J♦8♦7♣6♥
Button: K♠2♣10♦3♥
Schwartz' tablemate laid out the strength of his friend's hand. "You've got some straights, some flushes, some overs..." and when the flop came 2♠10♣6♦ some of those outs were still in play, although Li's kings were still in the lead.
A K♦ made things very interesting, giving Li trips and Schwartz a flush draw to go with his straight draw. But Li spiked the 10♠ on the river, ending the day for Schwartz and the button.

A player in middle position raised it to 3,500 preflop, Ari Engel call on the button, and Nishan Sharma called in the big blind.
All three players saw a flop of 2♦4♥3♣ and checked through, bringing the 9♠. They all tapped the table again and the river paired the board with the 4♠.
Sharma now took the initiative and bet for 7,700; the preflop raiser called and Engel got out of the way. Sharma tabled the Q♥Q♦5♥6♣ for a flopped straight and his opponent launched his cards into the muck.

With about 10,800 in the middle, the turn read K♠10♣7♥K♦ and Pablo Menezes checked before there was a bet of 6,000. The third player in the hand got out of the way and Menezes made the call.
The 8♠ completed the board on the river and Menezes cut out a bet of 4,100 and slid it across the line. His opponent angrily slammed the cards into the muck almost hard enough to bounce off of the table and the dealer pushed the pot to Menezes.

With the big blind already all in preflop, Christopher Keller moved all his chips into the center from the button on a 2♣Q♥7♠ flop, and the small blind called, putting his stack in jeopardy.
Christopher Keller: 8♥8♦7♥7♦
Small Blind: A♥A♦10♥K♣
Big Blind: K♠Q♠10♣3♣
With the blinds possessing only back door or runner-runner outs, Keller's flopped set was fully in command, and the 5♦ sealed the deal, sending both blinds to the exits. A tablemate needled Keller for calling the preflop all in. "You gotta love those paired, double suited connectors," Keller explained. "I knew they had overs," he continued. And when the other player still didn't seem convinced he added, "Plus, I was on the button."

Daniel Negreanu had his camera out sweating a run out when PokerNews came on the scene. His opponent was Michael Setera and cards were on their backs.
Daniel Negreanu: A♠A♣Q♦8♣
Michael Setera: 10♥8♥7♦5♦
The flop had come 5♠9♥7♠, giving Setera two pair, etcetera, and when the 8♠ came on the turn he improved to three pair. Negreanu was drawing rather thin when the 5♥ closed the door on him, giving Setera a boat.
Negreanu has already hopped back into the tournament on his second bullet for a fresh stack.

With 35,500 in the middle the flop read J♠9♠9♥ and Maurice Hawkins was seen with all of his 39,900 going in the middle against one opponent and both hands were already tabled.
Maurice Hawkins: A♠A♦K♣4♣
Opponent: 8♠8♥7♦2♣
Hawkins overpair was ahead and the 3♦ turn, and the J♥ river meant he could stay in his seat as he dragged a double up.

As the dealer laid out a K♥7♦6♠ flop, Alfie Adam declared, "Let me get my bet ready." He checked instead, and Chris Costa bet 7,000 from the cutoff. A player who asked to be called "Q" called from the button, Made Menyhard folded from middle position and Adam called behind.
Menyhard was wearing a pink onesie with a hood and a big smiley face embroidered with the word "Smile" on it. "Is this your lucky suit?" he was asked. "No it is my unlucky suit. I have played every PLO event. Three bullets, three bullets, three bullets, no money."
Alfie Adam bet out 23,200 on the 9♣ turn and Costa and Q folded. "He does this all the time," a player at the table complained. As he scooped up the pot, Alfie said, "I floated 7,000 so I could catch my nine. I could have a straight. I didn't, but I could have had."
The dealer said, "Ask him what he's going to sing if he makes the final table."
"'Ice Ice, Baby'," replied Adam with a laugh.
"Can you also mention it's my birthday?" asked Costa.
"Is he going to sing 'Happy Birthday', too?" asked the dealer.
