Elbaz-Dahn Scores a Knock Out

Livello 11 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

The under-the-gun player raised to 7,000 and was called in three spots, including Eitan Elbaz-Dahn on the button.

When the AQ5 flop hit the felt, the big blind checked and the under-the-gun player jammed for 21,000. The cutoff called and Elbaz-Dahn jammed for about 70,000, forcing the big blind and the cutoff to surrender their hands.

Under-the-Gun: AK105
Eitan Elbaz-Dahn: AKQ3

Elbaz-Dahn flopped top two pair, while his opponent flopped top and bottom pair. The 9 turn and 7 river were no help for Elbaz-Dahn's opponent as he left the table.

Habeggers Can't Be Choosers

Livello 11 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Fernando Habegger
Fernando Habegger

A short stacked Fernando Habegger squeezed preflop and was reraised by the player two seats to his left. Habegger obliged putting the last of his chips in, as did his opponent, who he covered.

Fernando Habegger: AJ78
Opponent: AAJ5

The situation didn't look great for Habegger, as his opponent had better hearts, a pair of aces, and he had one less jack to work with. When the dealer spun the wheel, it came in favor of of Habegger as it came down 7x8x5x. The turn peeled a 6x and when the river rolled a 9x, Habegger improved again to a straight.

Habegger will be one to watch in the field, as he recently came off of a runner up finish in the $5,000 NLH/PLO Mix early in the Series.

Robert Mizrachi was also seen on an outer table quietly stacking chips and is now amongst the chip leaders.

Livello 11 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Veerachai Vongxaiburana limped in the hijack before Segio Correia shoved his 8,500 in the middle from the small blind and Jesse Yaginuma called in the big blind. Vongxaiburana put in the three-bet to 24,000 and Yaginuma called, creating a side pot.

On the A76 flop, Yaginuma shoved for 36,000, and Vongxaiburana instantly called off his 35,500 and all three hands were shown.

Sergio Correia: 10987
Jesse Yaginuma: Q1098
Veerachai Vongxaiburana: AK109

All three players connected with the flop as both Correia and Yaginuma flopped wraps and Vongxaiburana flopped top pair nut-flush draw and a gutshot straight draw.

The K turn gave Vongxaiburana two pair and the 3 improved him to a flush as he eliminated Correia and left Yaginuma with only 500 in chips.

Ronald Keijzer
Ronald Keijzer

The under-the-gun player and the hijack raised to 3,000 before the button and small blind made the call. Ronald Keijzer was in the big blind and raised the maximum, 16,500. Both the under-the-gun player and the hijack folded while the button made the call. The action was on the small blind who had 10,500 total and thought about it for about 10 seconds before tossing his hand away.

The dealer spread a flop of 542 and Keijzer continued for 13,000. The button raised the pot and Keijzer quickly got his 68,000 stack into the middle.

Ronald Keijzer: AJ103
Button: AA106

Keijzer flopped the straight and scooped the pot as the board completed with the 6 turn and the 4 river.
