Kost Scoops A Massive Pot

Action folded to Kyle Cartwright who raised from the button. Jim Collopy three-bet from the small blind only to see Nick Kost quickly four-bet from the big blind.

Cartwright and Collopy both called to see a 9♦Q♥4♣ flop. Collopy led into Kost who quickly raised which got Cartwright to fold before Collopy called and saw a 5♦ turn card with Kost.

Collopy opted to check-call a bet from Kost to get to the 6♥ river on which he decided once more to check-call a bet from Kost.

Kost tabled the A♦Q♠6♠2♥, good for both the high and the low as Kost scooped a massive multi-way four-bet pot and began to distance himself from the field.

The board ran out Q♥2♣7♦9♦2♦ and Cartwright made a full house on the river to beat Collopy's flush and double up.

A few hands later, Cartwright raised, Collopy three-bet again, and Cartwright reraised all in. Collopy called.

Gilbert Scoops a Multi-Way Pot

Igor Zektser raised under the gun and got called by Brian Kelley, Nick Kost and Aubrey Gilbert, all of whom headed to a flop of 2♦J♣6♥.

Action checked to Kelley who bet and got a fold from Kost and calls from both Gilbert and Zektser to see the 5♣ hit turn.

Action again checked to Kelley who bet and got called in both spots again before seeing the 5♠ peel off opn the river.

Action checked through and Gilbert was first to expose his cards by showing the A♠J♦7♠3♥ which was good enough to scoop the pot as his opponents both tossed their cards toward the muck.

The flop came down 6♠9♥7♥ and the big blind checked. Kost continued with a bet and got called by Gilbert. The big blind player folded, prompting the dealer to put the J♦ out on the turn.

Kost bet again and Gilbert came along to the 7♦ river.

Gilbert called one more bet from Kost and watched as Kost turned over the A♦Q♣10♥8♦ for the straight, good for the entire pot.
