Koller Triples Up On Pay Jump Bubble

Livello 26 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

With a $4,000 pay jump looming, Ran Koller in the cutoff raised 195,000, almost the whole of his stack leaving just one pink chip behind. Both Upeshka De Silva on the button and Malachy Hagan in the big blind called.

Hagan checked on 4103. With the action on Koller, he apologised to the table as he made them aware he was going to take some time on his decision given they were on the stone bubble of a pay jump. Eventually, he put in his last 5,000 chip and both remaining players called.

The J and K came on the turn and the river with some small action on the side between De Silva and Hagan. The hand got to a showdown:

Ran Koller: QQ
Malachy Hagan: QJ
Upeshka De Silva: XxXx

Koller tripled up and Hagan won the side pot.

Rossi Doubles Through Jamasi

Livello 26 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Looking at a board of 58510, Farhad Jamasi raised all in from the button, enough to put big blind Joseph Rossi all in, and Rossi called.

Jamasi showed A2 and Rossi AK. "Anything but a deuce, dealer!" said Rossi. He got better than no deuce, he got the 6 for a flush, doubling his stack and critically wounding Jamasi's.

Liu Cracks De Silva's Kings

Livello 27 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Playing four-handed, Grant Wang raised to 165,000 as first to act. Yue Liu jammed all in for 885,000 from the button, Upeshka De Silva called, and Wang released.

Liu: AK
De Silva: KK

With Liu's rail calling for an ace, the dealer laid out the flop, and like magic one appeared in the window: A27. De Silva could not hit his one remaining out on a 3 turn or a 6 river, and Liu had increased his stack by a factor of two.
