On a flop of , Erick Lindgren checked from the big blind and allowed an opponent in middle position to bet 5,100. Another player called from the cutoff, and action was back on Lindgren. E-Dog quickly raised pot, which was enough to put him all in for 17,900 more. The middle-position player folded, but the cutoff called of for 12,500.

Cutoff:
Lindgren was ahead with a set of fives, but the cutoff had a draw to the low as well as an open-ended straight draw. The changed nothing, but the river gave the cutoff a low for half the pot.
As far as we can tell, David Sands is our chip leader right now here in Event #51: $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-low Split-8 or Better. He is sitting with just over 80,000, and that's as big as we've seen all day. Sands was mostly an online tournament player, but he made a final table earlier in this year's WSOP in the $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha. We'll see if he can run it deep and go for his second Omaha final table of the series
Three players -- one in middle position, the small blind, and Matt Graham in the big blind -- limped to see a flop come . It checked to Graham who bet the pot (2,400), and only the middle position player called. The turn was the . Graham deliberated for a few seconds, and his opponent got confused and thought Graham had already bet the 2,400 still sitting in front of him from the previous street. "How much?" he asked. "I haven't bet yet," came the reply from Graham.
Finally, Graham bet the pot -- 7,200 -- and his opponent very quickly called. The river brought the and a slowly delivered check from Graham. His opponent immediately set out a stack of chips for a bet of 5,000, enough to put Graham, who had only 4,100 left, all in. Graham sat uncomfortably for about a minute, then finally with a look of resignation said he was calling.
His opponent quickly tabled for the Broadway straight. "Good hand," exhaled Graham, who hits the rail with about 240 players still remaining.
After the player in the hijack limped, Barry Shulman raised to 3,900 from the button, leaving himself 4,600 behind. The blinds cleared out and the hijack hit the tank, eventually making the call. When the flop fell , the hijack put out a big bet and Shulman called off his stack.
Shulman:
Hijack:
Both players had flopped the nut low, but it was the hijack's pair of eight out in front for the high. The turn improved the hijack to two pair, but it was the on the river that saw Shulman shout out, "Flush!" Obviously he didn't see that the card also gave the hijack a full house.
Shulman was quartered in the hand and left with just 4,700.
On a flop of Joe Hachem moved all in and was called by Matt Graham.
Hachem:
Graham:
The turn and river were and and Hachem's fours were enough for him to scoop the pot and double up to 11,500. Graham on the other hand is down to 13,500.
A short-stacked player raised from under the gun, and Men Nguyen flatted from a couple of seats over. It folded back to the small blind who reraised the pot, the big blind (with much anguish) folded, and the original raiser committed the last of his chips. After a lot of talk about side pots and other matters, Nyugen announced he was calling the reraise. "How much you got left?" asked the repotter from the SB of Nguyen. "4,100," came the reply.
The flop came , the SB bet pot, and Nyugen called with the last of his chips.

"Why you calling with that, brother?" asked the player in the small blind of Nguyen. "All the low cards out," said Nguyen in reply. The turn was the and river the , meaning there was no low, and the player in the small blind had the best high, scoring two knockouts including Nguyen.
"Still hovering at about 36," said Alex Outhred of his chips as he limped in from middle position. "But he's the man over there," he added, pointing to Tommy Ly across the table sitting in the big blind. It folded to the small blind who completed, Ly checked, and the flop came . It checked to Ly who bet pot, and that was enough to take it down.
While Outhred has about 36,000, Ly is now up around 40,000.
Mike Wattels scored a double knockout in this hand. A player went all in for his last 900 in late position, Wattels re-raised to 3,100 in the small blind, the big blind shoved all in and Wattels called.

The board ran out and Wattels took out both players. He has moved up to 23,000 and is looking good.
