Pre-flop Sean Drake raised to 20,000 and was only called by Edward Marcus. The flop came . Marcus checked and Drake bet 31,000. Marcus raised to 80,000 and after a bit of contemplation Drake folded his hand.
Drake now sits at around 180,000 and Marcus is up to around 260,000.
Claudio Falcaro opened the pot with a raise to 21,000 from middle position and Edward Marcus popped it to 60,000 from the cutoff. A short-stacked Christoher Perez stuck in his remaining 38,000-ish into the middle, resulting in a fold from Falcaro.
Marcus:
Perez:
Things looked bleak for Perez, but the board ran out to bring him back in the game with about 110,000. Marcus slipped to roughly 230,000.
Claudio Falcaro is definitely making his presence known at this final table. He raised all in pre-flop and was once again called by chip leader Jason Baker.
Falcaro:
Baker:
The board ran out allowing Falcaro to double up yet again and increase his stack to around 305,000.
Daniel Quach opened from middle position for 25,000. Richard Kozlowski responded to that action by re-raising the rest of his stack. Quach called and we were off to the races:
Quach:
Kozlowski:
The board proceeded to fall and Kozlowski doubled up to 360,000.
Christopher Perez limped under the gun, play folded around to Adam Falk on the button who raised to 65,000. The blinds both folded and Perez then shoved all in for a total of 124,000. Falk made the call and the hands were tabled.
Perez:
Falk:
Falk would need some help to knock Perez out, but the board ran out . Perez's aces helped him double his stack to around 272,000 while Falk is now down to 67,000.
Joseph Zeman's only move during this final table thus far has been moving all in, as he has been nursing the short stack. Zeman moved in once again from the cutoff for 43,000 and this time was called by Daniel Quach from the small blind. Quach flipped over but was behind Zeman's . The flop came , putting Zeman way out in the lead. The turned rendering the that fell on the river irrelevant. This hand brought Zeman up to 105,000 and knocked Quach down to 175,000.
