Boeken Triples After the Bubble

Livello 17 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Noah Boeken had gotten a shove through on the bubble for 120,000, which was three big blinds then.

He was now all-in in a three-way showdown against Yuri Dzivielevski and Nick Schulman.

On a board of J93A10, the AKQ2 of Boeken made a flush for a triple-up while Schulman won the side pot with the KKQ8 for broadway. Dzievielevski could not beat either and lost a small portion of his stack.

Jeffrey Davoud: AQ54
Michael Moncek: J987

"Swing and a miss, wow," Davoud said after he was caught and behind on the bubble.

The A turn gave Davoud the superior two pair but Moncek caught the 10 river for a straight to eventually let the bubble burst.

Isaac Haxton
Isaac Haxton

Isaac Haxton raised to 140,000 and subsequently four-bet jammed from the button when facing a pot-sized three-bet by chip leader Yuri Dzivielevski in the big blind. The Brazilian pondered about his decision for a short while and called with the far superior stack.

Isaac Haxton: AA104
Yuri Dzivielevski: QQ64

The K10739 runout kept the aces of Haxton ahead and he joked "I could just feel everybody rooting for me, it felt so good" while raking in the chips.

Dzivielevski Jams Into Eveslage

Livello 16 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Since coming back from the break, Yuri Dzivielevski ramped up the aggression and kept adding chips. The largest pot of them all just came against Chad Eveslage when he fired three barrels.

That created a pot of more than one million to the K8273 river on which Eveslage in the big blind checked. Dzivielevski pulled the trigger and jammed, which eventually got through.

"I flopped a set," Dzivielevski said after the hand was all over with a big smile on the face.

Angelou-Konstas Wins Another Pot; Glantz Doubles

Livello 16 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

In a battle of the blinds, Ioannis Angelou-Konstas bet the 87593 river for 80,000. Jeffrey Davoud reluctantly called and mucked two pair (eights and fives) when Angelou-Konstas tabled the AJ86 for a nine-high straight.

One table over, Matt Glantz was all-in for 215,000 out of the small blind and Ren Lin as the initial raiser called.

Matt Glantz: AAJ2
Ren Lin: KQ96

The 86473 board kept the aces ahead as Glantz doubled.

Norbert Szecsi then got a preflop repot through when Jonathan West raised to 80,000 preflop as the latter tank-folded the AKJ6 after using two time banks.
