A total of 507 players came out to play Event #61: $2,500 Stud/Omaha Eight or Better, topping last year’s turnout of 460 and ensuring that a total of 77 players will see a piece of the $1,128,075 prizepool. A total of 187 bagged up for the night, with all eyes on the first place prize of $222,703.
Leading the way is Joe Shammas (266,000) who is hunting his first bracelet. The podium is rounded with bracelet winners Chad Eveslage (259,000), and Robert Mizrachi (258,500) right behind him. Each one is looking to win the Hi-Lo event of Hi-Lo events.

Defending champion Bradley Smith (112,000) and runner-up Nghia Le (62,500) are still in the mix, hoping to set up another deep run.
