Everyone Loves a Chop Pot

Livello 17 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

A player in early position opened to 20,000 and Rolf Nordstrom moved all in from the hijack for approximately 150,000, quickly getting a call from his opponent who had him covered.

Rolf Nordstrom: AQ
Early Position: AK

"Of course it's ace-king for 15 big blinds" Nordstrom commented before the board ran out. He received no help against the dominating hand on the 999 flop but the J turn did leave him with some outs to chop.

"Jack!" Nordstrom called for. Sure enough, the river was the J, giving both players a full house to chop the pot. Nordstrom could be heard afterwards saying how he didn't call for a queen, as that would have been selfish.
