Faris Can't Beat a Set

Livello 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Joshua Faris raised to 900 on the button and both of the blinds called. The flop came K62 and the action checked around to the A on the turn.

The small blind led out with a bet of 1,700 which got the big blind to fold but Faris stuck around for the 4 on the river. With four spades on the board, both players tapped the table and the small blind tabled 66 for a set of sixes to scoop the pot.

Rabichow Wins the Blind Battle

Livello 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Action folded to heads-up specialist Kevin Rabichow in the small blind who opted to flat. The big blind checked and they were off to a flop.

The 1077 flop landed and action checked through to a 8 turn. Action checked through once more. The river brought a 4 and Rabichow then put his foot on the gas and bet close to pot at 1,200. The big blind went into the tank for over a minute and eventually called.

Rabichow tabled K3 for a rivered flush and the big blind mucked.

Livello 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

July 5, 2019: Reliving the Craziest Day in WSOP Main Event History

Livello 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
July 5, 2019
July 5, 2019

Exactly four years ago to the day, the World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event experienced one of its wildest sessions ever. One player was tossed from poker's most prestigious tournament for, no joke, exposing his genitalia in the middle of a hand and then throwing his shoe at the dealer. And that's only part of the craziness that transpired.

Later in the day, patrons inside the Rio, which hosted the WSOP at the time, experienced an earthquake that sent shockwaves through the famous Amazon Room. Kevin Martin captured a video of the aftermath.
