The Chad & Jesse Poker Show - Poker Vlogger Ryan Depaulo is Latest Guest

Livello 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

On the latest episode, Jesse Fullen and special co-host Norman Chad continue The Chad & Jesse Poker Show straight from the 2023 World Series of Poker (WSOP).

The two start by debating the pros and cons of the 2023 WSOP Main Event payouts before welcoming this week’s guest – poker vlogger Ryan Depaulo.

Among the topics they discuss with the Whole Foods parking lot bracelet winner are his biggest score to date (third place in the Colossus), what his father told him (“Don’t punt”), and Joey the Mush. Plus, they ask if he was banned from Borgata for vlogging, his main poker influence, and whether or not he’s a withered pro.

Norman Chad and Jesse then do a new "Calling the Clock" segment in which they offer quick two-minute dialogues for topics on “The Board.”

Trofimov Shoves on Klein

Livello 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Bill Klein and Dragos Trofimov already had 6,500 each in front of them after a series of preflop raises.

The flop came 8210. Klein checked from the cutoff to Tofimov on the button, and he bet 4,000. Klein then check-raised to 11,500. Trofimov thought a bit before announcing he was all in, which got a snap-fold from Kelin — awarding the pot to Tofimov.

Seymour Loses a Chunk

Livello 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

A player opened to 1,100 from under the gun and was called by a player in middle position. Richard Seymour then three-bet to 5,200 in the cutoff only to see Julien Sitbon cold four-bet to 10,300 out of the small blind. The under the gun and middle position players quickly got out of the way to send the action back to Seymour, who called.

Sitbon continued for 12,000 on the 372 flop and Seymour flatted.

Both players checked through the K turn to the J river at which point Sitbon bet 35,000, enough to force Seymour all in. Seymour did not take long to muck — for a big hit to his stack but still in contention.

Foxen Four-Bets

Livello 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Alex Foxen opened to 1,100 from the cutoff and was three-bet to 3,000 by his opponent on the button. Action folded back around to Foxen and he made it 7,000 to go. His opponent folded and Foxen turned over the 8 as he collected the pot.

Foxen, who won his first and only bracelet last year in the $250k Super High Roller, hasn't had the best start and currently sits with approximately 30,000.

Liberto Raises River

Livello 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Picking up the action on the flop, Justin Liberto in the cutoff was involved in a hand with a player in the big blind as well as one in middle position.

With the board reading J75 action checked to Liberto and he bet 1,600. The big blind responded with a raise to 3,600, forcing the middle position player out of the hand while getting called by Liberto.

Before the 4 turn was dealt, the big blind fired off 2,300, again receiving a call from Liberto.

As on the previous street, the big blind bet without seeing the 5 river and this time Liberto raised to 17,000. The big blind open folded J7 with some disgust as he conceded the pot.

Ketzer Runs Into Zinno's Flush

Anthony Zinno
Anthony Zinno

Felipe Ketzer raised to 1,000 on the button and was called by the player in the small blind and Anthony Zinno in the big blind.

It was checked to Zinno on the 537 flop and he led out for 2,400. Ketzer called and the small blind folded.

Zinno made a min-bet of 400 on the 2 turn and Ketzer called.

The 10 completed the board and Zinno sized up for a 6,500 bet. Ketzer made slightly over a min-raise and Zinno quickly called. Ketzer could only show 96 for a busted straight draw and Zinno tabled Q6 for a flush to scoop the pot.

Frankenberger Bombs the River

Livello 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

The player under the gun raised to 800 and was called by Andy Frankenberger in the cutoff and Alexandre Vuilleumier in the big blind.

Vuilleumier led out for 700 on the 485 flop and the initial raiser called. Frankenberger then squeezed to 2,000 and only the big blind called.

It was checked to Frankenberger on the 6 turn and he bet 4,800. His opponent again called.

The 2 completed the board and the big blind checked a final time. Frankenberger bet 20,000 and his opponent quickly folded.

Lew in the Field

Livello 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Robbi Jade Lew, center of the Hustler Casino Live controversy last year, has hopped into the field.

A player opened to 1,000 from middle position and was called by Lew in the big blind.

Both players checked through the 673 flop to the K turn at which point Lew bet 1,200. That alone was enough to force a fold from her opponent to take down a small pot early in the day.
