The Chad & Jesse Poker Show - Poker Vlogger Ryan Depaulo is Latest Guest

Livello 15 : Blinds 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

On the latest episode, Jesse Fullen and special co-host Norman Chad continue The Chad & Jesse Poker Show straight from the 2023 World Series of Poker (WSOP).

The two start by debating the pros and cons of the 2023 WSOP Main Event payouts before welcoming this week’s guest – poker vlogger Ryan Depaulo.

Among the topics they discuss with the Whole Foods parking lot bracelet winner are his biggest score to date (third place in the Colossus), what his father told him (“Don’t punt”), and Joey the Mush. Plus, they ask if he was banned from Borgata for vlogging, his main poker influence, and whether or not he’s a withered pro.

Norman Chad and Jesse then do a new "Calling the Clock" segment in which they offer quick two-minute dialogues for topics on “The Board.”

Wien Finds Himself in Tricky Spot

Livello 14 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Jeremy Wien
Jeremy Wien

A player under the gun limped for 4,000, Jeremy Wien in early position followed suit and the button moved all in for 26,000.

The original raiser didn't realize Wien's presence in the pot and snap-called, prematurely tabling KQ.

Wien now went into the tank, inadvertently receiving more information on the situation than he intended. Confirming that the under-the-gun player only had 18,000 behind, Wien moved all in and the original raiser called.

Button: K10
Under the Gun: KQ
Jeremy Wien: A9

Wien was ahead the whole way as the board ran out 29259. His trips sent both players to the rail.

Feeling somewhat guilty about his opponent's mistake, Wien said "What am I supposed to do, pretend I didn't see his cards?".
