Thiele went in with the worst of it but was able to spike a deuce on the J♥2♦9♣ flop.
However, Thiele was not out of the woods yet, as any card ten or higher would be bad news.
But the turn 4♥ kept Thiele in the lead and the 2♥ on the river secured the double elimination.
