Nixon Choo-d Up and Spat Out

Livello 6 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

There was 9,300 in the middle at the turn with a board of QJ58 and Jamie Nixon bet 8,000 from the button. Michael Choo in the hijack raised to 20,000, which was called by Nixon.

The 2 river appeared to be a brick, but Choo moved all in for 18,400 to put the Englishman deep into the tank. After asking the dealer for a second time to confirm the amount of the all-in bet Nixon elected to call. Choo turned over 88 for the set, while Nixon grimaced and showed QxJx for a no-good flopped two pair.

With 28,000 in the middle, Shelby Wells bet 20,000 from middle position on the completed board of A42KQ.

The button went deep into the tank and muttered "Either we have the same hand or you got a flush." The clock was called on them and the 30-second countdown expired. The button turned over AQ, which did not elicit a response from Wells who dragged in a big pot.
