De Los Reyes Snap Jams

Livello 22 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Action folded to John De Los Reyes in middle position who opened to 55,000. It folded to a player in late position who three-bet to 155,000. Action made it back to Reyes who thought over his options for a moment before flat calling with just 260,000 behind.

The K23 flop hit the felt and Reyes snap jammed for his last 260,000.

The player in late position went into the tank. They checked their cards multiple times but eventually laid it down.

The late position player said "were you bluffing?"

Reyes simply responded "I should've done that preflop"

The action folded to the button who opened for 65,000 and Piotr Pawlak moved all in for 335,000 in the big blind. The button took some time, but eventually made the call to put Pawlak at risk.

Piotr Pawlak: QQ
Button: A2

Pawlak got it in well ahead, and when the board ran out K5454, it was the queens that held up to score the full double up for Pawlak.

On the button position, Gaetan Balleur moved all in for 254,000 chips, a little bit less than 13 blinds. Two seats on his left, Kathy Liebert in the big blind called.

Gaetan Balleur: 1010
Kathy Liebert: AQ

In this coin flip, Balleur had to avoid an ace or a queen. And that's exactly what he did, thanks to the board 86K3K. His stack increases to half a million chips.

Rémi Castaignon, seated next to Balleur, wasn't as lucky as him as he was eliminated just before the break.

Lots of Spades, No Flush.

Livello 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Action was opened to 40,000 in middle position by Aden Anzio. It folded to a player in the small blind who called and the big blind defended.

The JQ10 flop was about as connected as you could ask for and action was checked to Anzio who still put out a continuation bet of 55,000. Just the small blind called.

The 9 then landed putting a four-liner on the board. The small blind thought it over for a moment and then opted to lead out for 100,000. Anzio called.

The 10 landed on the river pairing the board and the small blind slowed back down and checked. Anzio went through his options for a moment but eventually knuckled it back.

The small blind rolled over 56 for a missed flush draw and Anzio rolled over 97 for a missed straight flush draw and a pair of nines.

Minimum blood was drawn on this hand but a river spade could've been ugly. Anzio scooped and chipped up.
