The turn came the A♦ and Aido checked again. Facing a 9,000 bet from Messere, Aido raised putting Messere all in for his remaining 57,000, to which he snap-called.

Watson tabled K♦8♠ for top pair, extracting value on the four-to-a-flush board.

Watson found himself all in and at risk the very next hand against Brar, with all the money in preflop.

But few were satisfied with the answers provided by the 2021 GPI Player of the Year, who admitted to multi-accounting for several months in 2020, and again in 2022, while dismissing other allegations as "ridiculous," including that he's used real-time assistance (RTA) and recently been running an online cheating ring.
