George Wolff defended the big blind against a raise by Roger Teska from under the gun and check-called a bet on the K♣10♣6♣ flop. They checked the 6♥ turn and Wolff jammed the 2♦ river for what appeared to be 500,000.
Teska called with the A♣J♥J♣8♦ for the nut flush and caught Wolff on a move with the K♥Q♣J♠10♦.
At the same time, Cary Katz got it in for 500,000 preflop versus Artem Maksimov.
Cary Katz: A♠A♣10♣7♦
Artem Maksimov: K♦K♠9♠2♠
The board ran out Q♦J♠4♣8♠K♣ and Katz rivered broadway.
There will now be a short break for the redraw of the final three tables.
On a multi-way flop of 5♣3♣6♦, Philip Wiszowaty and Roger Teska checked to Dylan Weisman who bet 175,000 and was then called by Cary Katz on the button. Wiszowaty folded his hand while Teska made the call to see the 6♥ on the turn.
The action then checked to Katz, who decided to bet 250,000, which Teska called, followed by a fold from Weisman.
When the river came the A♣, both players decided to check and then Teska flipped over Q♣10♦5♦5♠ for a full house while Katz flashed 7x4x for a straight.
"Aghh you f*cked me, Cary," Weisman groaned, "I had the same straight with aces and I would have stacked him if you checked."
Joni Jouhkimainen and Dash Dudley got through with pot-sized three-bets to increase their short stacks.
Daniel Zack then raised to 210,000 and was called by Joseph Liberta. They checked all the way on the 9♣5♣4♥K♥8♣ board and Zack announced ace-high, which Liberta had beat with the Q♠Q♥J♣J♥.
Jeremy Ausmus limped the small blind and called a pot-sized raise by Dylan Weisman to then check the A♠4♦4♠ flop. Weisman bet 140,000, Ausmus called and then checked again on the Q♣ turn. Weisman bet the full pot for 520,000 and Ausmus folded.
Without any major pot brewing to the 6♦2♥2♠10♥J♥ river, Andriy Lyubovetskiy checked out of the big blind. Mads Amot bet 275,000 on the button and his opponent tossed in a single chip for the call.
Amot rolled over the K♠J♣J♦10♠ for a rivered full house, jacks full of deuces, and that won the pot.
Philip Wiszowaty defended his big blind against a raise by table chip leader Isaac Haxton and they then got it in after the K♥7♦2♥ flop with Wiszowaty at risk.
Philip Wiszowaty: J♥J♠8♥8♦
Isaac Haxton: Q♠Q♥7♥6♣
Wiszowaty was in dire shape with the dominated flush draw and failed to get there on the K♣ turn and 4♠ river. He receives $68,722 for his efforts and the last 23 players have locked up at least $82,754.
