Livello 19 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Josh Arieh opened the action from the cutoff to 75,000. It folded to Cary Katz in the big blind who called. The 35Q flop landed and Katz snap jammed for his remaining 155,000. Arieh quickly called.

Cary Katz: A1085
Josh Arieh: AQ73

Both players had two pair, but Katz was in the lead. The 2 turn was a brick, and the 8 river gave Katz the full double up.

Smith Hits the One-Outer

Dylan Smith
Dylan Smith

Daniel Zack and Dylan Smith got all the chips in on a flop of 310A with Zack covering.

Dylan Smith: 9633
Daniel Zack: AA52

Zack had the upper hand with his top set of aces, but the runout of 23 was especially brutal as it gave Smith the one-outer to hit quads on the river to double-up.

Kashat Gets Another Move Through

Livello 20 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Just before the blinds had gone up, Firas Kashat raised the button and called a pot-sized raise to 240,000 by Mads Amot in the big blind. Amot asked for the size of the pot on the 974 flop and then checked. Kashat bet 300,000 into 525,000 and Amot folded.

Kashat mucked his cards very high so that other players could potentially see it. "I didn't see them," Amot told him and Kashat replied "jack, jack, seven, deuce ... that was the best hand,no?"

Volpe Hits the Rail

Livello 20 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Paul Volpe
Paul Volpe

Action was picked up with Paul Volpe all in and at risk against Ben Lamb who called.

Paul Volpe: AAK3
Ben Lamb: Q754

The 9K4 flop would give Volpe the nut flush draw to go along with his aces but the 4 turn would vault Lamb into the lead. The Q river would help Lamb to fill up and send Volpe to the rail.

Kornuth Pulls Off Double Check-Raise

Livello 20 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Chance Kornuth
Chance Kornuth

On a heads-up flop of 7AQ, Chance Kornuth checked to Andriy Lyubovetskiy who bet 60,000. Kornuth then check-raised to 190,000 but Lyubovetskiy did not seem to like that much so he further increased the bet to 525,000.

Kornuth made the call and the dup went to the turn K and he checked Lyubovetskiy once more.

Lyubovetskiy then fired off a bet of 650,000 and then Kornuth hit him with the double check-raise, which was all in for 2,160,000. Lyubovetskiy thought about it for a few seconds but then decided to toss it into the muck.

"I came here to play big pots, the payouts are super top-heavy," Kornuth said as he raked in his latest score.

Nerenberg Doubles With Some "Good S**t"

Livello 20 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Brandon Schaefer raised and then called a pot-sized three-bet to 360,000 by Gregory Nerenberg. The duo headed to the 864 flop on which Schaefer checked. Nerenberg jammed for the last 195,000 and was not snap-called.

"That's good, yeah. good shit," Nerenberg grinned. He did, however, get called by Schaefer half a minute later.

Gregory Nerenberg: AAK10
Brandon Schaefer: QJ109

Schaefer had a gutshot or running cards to a straight but bricked both on the 3 turn and Q river.

Philip Wiszowaty

In a duel under the gun versus middle position, Philip Wiszowaty got it in for 565,000 on the A85 flop and was at risk against Dylan Weisman.

Philip Wiszowaty: AJ107
Dylan Weisman: K976

Weisman was behind but had a full wrap and backdoor spades to potentially send Wiszowaty to the payout desk.

However, the 2 turn and 5 river were blanks and Wiszowaty doubled.

"Fuck, what a flop, how did you get that one?" Dash Dudley inquired in disbelief.
