Both players took two on the first draw after which Mermelstein check-called a bet from Moriarty.
Mermelstein and Moriarty each drew one on the second draw with the same betting pattern as before repeated.
On the final draw Mermelstein took one more card while Moriarty stood pat. Mermelstein then checked and folded after Moriarty bet.
