Kristopher Tong raised the pot to 175,000 and Talal Shakerchi was the only caller out of the big blind. The Brit checked the A♦K♣3♦ flop and Tong bet the pot for 375,000 to win the pot uncontested.

Matthew Ashton then raised from under the gun for Brian Rast to defend the big blind and check-fold the 10♦9♣7♥ flop.
One hand later, Ray Dehkharghani raised and Rast three-bet out of the small blind, earning a call from the initial raiser. The A♥7♥2♠ flop brought a bet of Rast and a call of Dehkharghani. Rast then check-called the 8♥ turn and 6♣ river as Dehkharghani briefly announced his hands without exposing it, but Rast had the best of it with the A♣K♠.
Three players limped in and the blinds checked for five players to see a flop of Q♣3♦4♠. Talal Shakerchi bet 150,000 in early position and only Kristopher Tong and Hal Rotholz called respectively from late position and the small blind.
Rotholz then led out for 350,000 on the K♥ turn and Shakerchi and Tong both folded to earn the satellite winner the pot.
Phil Ivey could make history Thursday at the $50,000 Poker Players Championship if he were to take down the bracelet, which would be his first title at the World Series of Poker (WSOP) since 2014.
The widely accepted poker G.O.A.T. is one of three players — Johnny Chan and Doyle Brunson are the others — tied for second all-time with 10 WSOP bracelets. Phil Hellmuth, with 16 titles, is the record holder. But there could be just one player sitting in second place within the next 24 hours.
Brian Rast had been stuck in traffic on the way back and the floor was called to determine whether or not his first hand after the break was dead. That was then indeed the case before they carried on without any further drama.
Rast opened to 125,000 and Ray Dehkharghani defended the big blind. On the 8♦7♦4♣ flop, Dehkharghani opted to check-call for 200,000 and checked again the 10♦ turn after some consideration. Rast now fired a bet of 505,000 and that won the pot.

Phil Ivey: XxXx/8x - Folded third street
Phil Ivey called before a completion from Ray Dehkharghani and a raise from James Obst. Ivey folded and Dehkharghani called.
Dehkharghani then led out on fourth street as Obst called, and the same action took place on the next two streets. Dehkharghani bet once more on seventh street and Obst took some time before calling, only to muck as Dehkharghani showed his seven.
