He bet fourth street against Adam Owen, who opted to call and then check-called on fifth street. Moncek bet sixth street once Owen paired up and that sent the Brit into a brief tank for around a minute before he then folded.

The momentum on table 144 saw the chips move towards the right side while Steve Zolotow, Michael Moncek and Adam Owen had all lost chips in quick succession. Zolotow then clashed with Owen when he called bets by Owen as of fourth and until sixth street, leaving himself a mere 10,000 behind.

Owen double-checked his cards once more on seventh and then bet. Zolotow took around ten seconds to pay it off and Owen announced a wheel, tabling the 5x2xAx. Zolotow briefly exposed his 8x5x2x and headed to the payout desk to collect $17,789 for his 14th place finish.
