Next door in the small blind, Anton Makievskyi figured a cold four-bet was in order, and he made it 4 million total. That folded Nguyen rather quickly, but Collins made another raise over the top -- all in. Makievskyi pointed a firm finger at Collins' chips as he nonverbally demanded the count. It was 16.095 million, and it would be some long, agonizing time in the tank before Makievskyi surrendered.
