Floor!
We just heard a floor call to Table 287, and that's our cue to head in that direction too. When we walked up, there was 8,800 in the pot, and the hands had already been tabled.
John Cernuto was showing , and Frankie O'Dell had . The problem was that the dealer didn't burn cards on fifth or sixth streets, and Cernuto was a bit peeved. He'd have pulled a to make his hand on seventh street, apparently, but O'Dell had the superior eight-six as the cards lay. Nobody noticed the issue until after seventh street, and that ended up being the key factor in the ruling. The floor stated that there was significant action, and it could not be pulled back.
The pot goes to O'Dell, and Cernuto is dashed to about 6,000 now.
