On a board of and the pot at around 2,000, Heath Herring was faced with a 1,650-chip bet from the cutoff.
Herring quickly splashed out six 500-denomination chips for a bet amounting to 3,000. The dealer, and a few of the players, quickly stated that the raise from Herring wasn't enough, and consequently he was bound to a 3,300-chip raise.
