Brian Schmidt opened the button to 8,000 and JC Tran defended his big blind to see a flop fall.
Both players checked before Tran led at the with an 11,000-chip bet which Schmidt called. When the river of the landed, Tran check-folded for 26,000 while slipping to 260,000 as Schmidt moved to 180,000 in chips.
Peter Gilmore opened to 8,000 from middle position only to have Christian Harder three-bet shove for 51,500 from the cutoff. Once the action returned to Gilmore, he made the call to put Harder at risk.
