Richey and Akkari Chop Four-Way Pot

Stud-8

Brett Richey, Andre Akkari, Andrew Barber and a fourth player were involved in a four-way Stud-8 pot that went all the way to the end with all four players staying in. When it was time for the showdown, Richey showed a low of {7-}{6-}{3-}{2-}{A-}. Akkari showed a high of {A-}{A-}{7-}{7-}{Q-} and the other two players mucked. Richey and Akkari chopped up the pot and profited on the hand.

Williamson Bets Out Shorr

Stud-8

Jared Jaffee brought-in only to have Shannon Shorr complete before Robert Williamson two-bet to 800. Jaffee called, as did Shorr before Shorr led fourth with only Williamson making the call. Williamson would then take the lead from here onwards with Shorr calling him down until he folded on seventh as both players boards read as follows.

Shorr: (X)(X) / {6-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{9-Hearts} / (X)
Williamson: (X)(X) / {A-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{5-Hearts} (X)

As Shorr slipped to 41,000, Williamson moves to roughly 26,000 in chips.

"What are you doing, Gary?"

Hold'em

From the cutoff seat, Gary Benson raised. Chino Rheem reraised from the small blind and Benson called to see the {7-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} flop. Rheem fired and Benson called.

The {5-Clubs} landed on fourth street and Rheem bet again. Benson made another call. The river completed the board with the {Q-Diamonds} and Rheem bet again. Benson called.

"Tens," said Rheem, showing the {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}. Benson rolled over the {A-Diamonds}{Q-Spades} and Rheem said, "Not ace-queen, don't show me ace-queen. And no club?"

"I didn't see the clubs out there," Benson said with a smile.

"What are you doing, Gary?" finished Rheem.

Mizzi Folds Seventh to Schulman

Livello 4

Stud

Following a bring-in from Mickey Appleman, Nick Schulman completed before Sorel Mizzi two-bet. Appleman folded, but Schulman made the call and proceeded to call the double-bet on fourth and a bet on fifth before raising and betting sixth and seventh as Mizzi called sixth before folding seventh as both players boards read as follows.

Schulman: (X)(X) / {5-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} / (X)
Mizzi: (X)(X) / {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{9-Spades}{6-Diamonds} / (X)

As Mizzi slipped to 29,000, Schulman climbed back to roughly 27,000 in chips.

Mizrachi Clips Ashby

Stud

Catching the action on fourth street we found Robert Mizrachi betting out 400 only to have Richard Ashby two-bet to 800. An unknown player made the call as two players folded before Mizrachi made the call and then led on fifth. Ashby called as the unknown player folded before both players checked down sixth and seventh.

Mizrachi: (X)(X) / {2-Clubs}{5-Spades}{A-Spades}{3-Diamonds} / (X)
Ashby: (X)(X) / {10-Hearts}{6-Spades}{9-Hearts}{10-Spades} / (X)
Unknown: (X)(X) / {3-Hearts}{K-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} (folded on fifth)

Mizrachi tabled his {5-Diamonds}{2-Spades} / {Q-Hearts}, and once Ashby folded, Mizrachi scooped the pot to move to 26,000 as the Brit dropped to 21,000 in chips.

Baker Chops

Livello 4

Stud-8

David Baker completed and was called by three players; one of which was Daniel Negreanu. Negreanu would drop out on fourth street as the unknown player took the lead with a bet when he made a pair of fives. Three people to fifth would be reduced to two, as Baker saw smoothed an 800-chip bet before raising to two-bets on sixth.

His opponent made the call, and then check-called seventh as each player's boards read as follows.

Baker: (X)(X) / {4-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{A-Spades} / (X)
Opponent: (X)(X) / {5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{J-Hearts} / (X)
Opponent: (X)(X) / {8-Diamonds}{A-Clubs}{Q-Spades} (folded on fifth)
Negreanu: (X)(X) / {7-Hearts}{3-Spades} (folded on fourth)

Baker tabled his {6-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} for a low, and when his opponent tabled his {9-Hearts}{8-Spades}{5-Spades}, the pot was chopped up as Baker moved to 51,000 in chips.

Lots of Back and Forth Action Here

Omaha-8

From under the gun, John Hennigan raised. Ylon Schwartz called from the big blind and the two players took the {A-Spades}{J-Clubs}{2-Hearts} flop together and the fireworks began. Schwartz checked, Hennigan bet, Schwartz check-raised, Hennigan reraised, Schwartz raised again and then Hennigan capped the action. Schwartz called.

The turn brought the {9-Clubs} and some more fireworks went off, although a little bit milder. Schwartz checked, Hennigan bet, Schwartz check-raised and then Hennigan reraised. Schwartz called.

The river card was the {9-Diamonds} and Schwartz checked. Hennigan bet and this time Schwartz only called, opting to not check-raise. Hennigan tabled the {A-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}{4-Spades} for aces full of nines and Schwartz mucked his hand.
