Lind Grabs a Scoop
In a battle of the blinds, Richard Ashby raised to open the pot, and George Lind defended his forced bet with a call of the optional one.
The flop came out , and Lind called Ashby's continuation bet. The turn drew another bet from Ashby, but this time Lind check-raised. Ashby spent a good while in the tank, but he eventually reraised to put Lind all in.

Lind's nut-low and pair of nines were in front, but Ashby had outs to take half the pot. The river was a blank, though, and Lind gets the scoop. He's back over 900,000 now, and it was a hit Ashby could easily afford to take. He's still got heaps -- about 2 million.
