2011 World Series of Poker
Brad Garrett raised in the cutoff to 900 and was answered with a raise to 2,800 by the big blind. Garrett asked how much more it was and said “it feels like a bargain”. The dealer said “it does” and Garrett responded with “looks like he has a paper route so I’m gonna call” before tossing in the chips. On the flop, the big blind bet 3,100 and Garrett raised to 8,000. The big blind mentioned something about raising the wrong amount and folded face up. Garrett was up to 32,500 after the hand.
Bryan Colin is crushing and has just hit six figures in chips. Here's a couple recent hands.
After an under-the-gun player raised to 1,500, Colin called from the small blind. No one else was in the hand as the two players took the flop of . Both checked and the turn brought the . Colin led for 1,600 and his opponent called to see the fall on the river. Colin fired 3,700 and his opponent called.
Colin tabled the for a flopped full house and his opponent showed the before mucking.
On the very next hand, action folded to Colin on the button and he raised to 1,400. The same player from the previous hand called from the big blind and the two saw a flop of ., Another paired flop between the two and this time all it took was a 1,800-chip continuation bet from Colin for him to win the hand.

Eddy Sabat just lost a pot that knocked him down to around 5800. We caught the action on a flop that came . Sabat checked called a bet of 1725 from his opponent on the button. The turn came the , and both players checked. The river brought the , and again Sabat check called the bet, this time being 3225. His opponent tabled , and Sabat mucked.
The players have returned to their seats and the cards are back in the air! At present, there are 319 runners left in this event and at this rate of attrition, we may well reach the money tonight.
In any case, we'll be playing two more levels before we bag 'em and tag 'em.

Level 8 has come and gone, so players are on their final break of the night.
The action over in the Black section has been lacking in this post-dinner break session, but American Team PokerStars Pro Victor Ramdin is holding his own, moving up to 28,000 in chips.
The action folded to Ramdin who raised to 1,075 from the cutoff. The button folded, and both the small and big blinds called before they checked to Ramdin on the flop of . Ramdin led out for 2,050, but that was enough to have them both fold.
While Ramdin continues his quest for a WSOP gold bracelet, the same cannot be said for co-creator of The Micros Jay Rosenkrantz, or Aussie online phenom Jonathan Karamalikis, who have both hit the rail. However, we did notice Bryan Colin cutting an imposing figure out on table 29 - he's now sitting on a stack worth more than 76,000!
