The Action Continues

Livello 29 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

It looks as though we may be coming back tomorrow to complete this thing, as the heads-up battle between Eddie Blumenthal and Geffrey Klein still keeps on keeping on!

Earlier, Blumenthal raised to 200,000 from the button and Klein called to see a flop of {2-Spades}{4-Hearts}{3-Spades}, only to check-fold after Blumenthal bet 225,00.

We did manage to get as far as a turn though - in the next hand, Klein completed and Blumenthal checked before check-calling Klein's bet of 175,000 on the flop of {J-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{9-Hearts}, only to check-fold after Klein bet 500,000 straight on the turn of the {2-Spades}.

And in the last hand of the level, Blumenthal raised to 190,000 and Klein called before check-folding after Blumenthal's bet on the flop of {K-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}.

Geffrey Klein raised to 190,000 on the button to start this hand and then Eddie Blumenthal reraised from the big blind to 560,000 and Klein called.

The flop came down {10-Spades}{8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} with over a million chips in the middle. Blumenthal fired 545,000 and Klein folded.

On the next hand, Blumenthal raised to 200,000 on the button and Klein made the call to see the {10-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{6-Hearts} flop. Klein fired 200,000 and got a fold from Blumenthal to win some chips back that he lost last hand.

Showdown

Livello 29 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Geffrey Klein raised to 190,000 from the button and got a call from his opponent, Eddie Blumenthal in the big blind. The two players witnessed a flop of {Q-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} come down and both checked to see the {Q-Spades} fall on the turn. Blumenthal checked, Klein bet 150,000 and Blumenthal called. The {10-Diamonds} fell on the river and both players quickly checked their action.

At the shodown, Klein tabled the {A-Spades}{7-Diamonds} for queens and deuces with an ace. Blumenthal mucked, unable to beat Klein's hand, and lost the pot. He slipped to 2.64 million while Klein increased to six million.

In other news, the feature table stage in the Amazon Room at the Rio just took off for outer space.
