At a far table in the tournament area, a large commotion occurred as Davis Soskin stood up and shouted as a big pot was about to be pushed his way.
He had J♥J♦ sitting in front of him while his opponent, Steven Glasscock hed Q♠Q♣. The completed board read 5♥6♦9♣10♠J♠, which meant Soskin spiked a jack on the river to save him in the big pot.
"Yeah, every once in a while a nit finds a way," Glasscock joked as Soskin raked in the chips for a double.
"Oh, I'm winning the tournament now, 100%," Soskin responded triumphantly.
