Virgile Turchi was the chip leader heading into Day 3 and he turned his advantage into earning a seat among the final six, even though he had a few ups and downs on the way to his first major final table.
As a young online grinder, Turchi first dipped into live waters at the PSPC Experience events in Aix-en-Provence and Divonne when he was 18. Then he moved to Liverpool, where he shared an apartment with other French players.
He kept progressing very quickly ever since, buxt, due to covid, we wouldn’t start seeing him on the European circuit until 2022. So far, he’s racked up over $400,000 in live winnings, and now he’ll pick up the biggest prize of his career.
