Two For Kovalski
Fabiano Kovalski and Martin Zamani built a pot of around 120,000 as they saw the turn on a board of 7♠6♣10♦A♦. Kovalski then bet 70,000 from the button and Zamani called in the big blind.
The river was the 9♥ and Zamani checked to Kovalski, who this time checked back. "Ace," Zamani announced, but Kovalski showed 10♣9♣ for two pair to win the pot.
"That would've been fun," Zamani said after the hand.
A few hands later, Kovalski bet 85,000 on the turn with the board showing 9♣Q♠9♠4♣ and Chin Wei Lim called in the big blind.
The river was the 3♣ and Kovalski moved all in. Lim burned through some of his time banks before folding for his last 180,000.
