Heads up on a flop of 8♥6♥2♦, Charalampos Tsivikos bet 6,000 from the hijack and Victor Chong raised to 20,000 in the cutoff. Tsivikos then moved all in for 26,000, but it was at this stage that controversy ensued.
The dealer and Chong believed Tsivikos had said "call," and the dealer turned over the A♣ turn. The rest of the table insisted that Tsivikos had said "all in" and the floor was called over. It was ruled that Tsivikos' all-in bet would stand and the turn card would be shuffled back into the deck.
Chong called and the new turn card came the 2♠. He showed 9♣8♣ for top pair, while Tsivikos had K♥10♥ for a flush draw. The A♠ river missed Tsivikos and he was sent to the rail.
