Dobbiamo riportare alcune note su quanto accade qui prima di passare al poker giocato. Sono stati predisposti quindici tavoli nella sala da gioco per destinarli al torneo mentre altri otto tavoli sono riservati ai tornei satellite. Attualmente nessuno dei tavoli per i satelliti è in uso e solo dodici tavoli del torneo sono occupati. Si gioca con otto persone per ogni tavolo. Le iscrizioni al torneo di oggi non sono comunque ancora chiuse.

In that field we have spotted Doyle Brunson, Johnny Chan, Nam Le, "November Nine" member David Rheem, and APT Manila winner David Saab, who was escorted to the table by several of the "APT girls" -- models who have been hired by the APT to serve as goodwill ambassadors.
